I would prefer to use manual submission method than going for a software, as there is a less chance get accepted if you use software. Manual method is good one and high acceptance ratio

I will definitely agree with you on this one here,hand made and manual made is always better than automation. All of this automated submission are easy to spot and many directories always end up blocking them due to high use of spam.

I also prefer manual submission.. most automated submission is not successful.

I would prefer to employ the manual method of tender that while going for a software, because there is less of chance obtain allowed if you employ the software. The manual method is the good one and high report/ratio of acceptance
