I am just earning 1-2$ a day and sometimes less than that, but I am quite happy to earn less than the getting banned.

my highest earning was $48 i am not joking but i used blackhat techniqe for that but i stopped it because i was afraid of getting banned

DO all of you have ur own websites or do u have blogs? My account is not approved everytime i apply. They disapprove it. Do they have a condition like the website has to be active for atleast 6 months??
