I have a laptop and I have a windows xp home edition in it. Is it possible to install IIS on the windows xp home edition? Please help me regarding this.

Microsoft doesn't officially support running IIS (Internet Information Server) or PWS (Personal Web Server) on Windows XP Home.

thats indeed correct!
I am suggesting you to install Windows Server 2003 or 2008 and start the IIS Process from there.:p
