How is Bharati Airtel Broadband

I am going to take Bharti airtel broadband connection, i would like to know its review about customer care and technical support system. Anyone have used it before, whats your experience with it?

In my opinion Airtel BB is best ISP of India.

i think Airtel is the best but unfortunately i dont get the airtel connection in my area. i'm using tata indicom bb at the moment.

i think bharti airtel is very good isp its has a good customer care and downtime is very less. airtel is a leader in internet market and supplies good plan at lower rate.

No doubt the service is pretty decent but they have started looting customers by coming up with SELF ATTESTED policies like AIRTEL FAIR USAGE. They are halving the bandwidth of the unlimited connections, after a particular download limit is reached.
Man whats the term Ulimited used for, then ?

Are airtel plans good? Imo they are much highly priced than bsnl ones. And can i get airtel broadband in my area? Its a bit on the outskirts of the city

I have used Airtel BB for about 3 years.. and also have worked at Airtel BB for about 2 months. My experience with Airtell BB is very good. But recently they have started "fair policy" on unlimited plans.

Yeah. Even i have heard abt that. There was alot of chaos among customers abt this so called "fair usage" policy.

but i have heard the Airtel BB is costly as compared to the BSNL and other services...and even first u have to pay them about 3000rs as a security and 1000 for the phone connection....:D

Yes, Airtel is little costly compared to BSNL.. but they have great support :)

Security fee of Airtell BB is Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) with free installation.... apply for combo plan and you will get free landline connection.

I will pnly switch to Airtel once they drop their prices to below 500 for unlimited plans. :D

YES ,Airtel is the best of all broad band ..but one disadvantage is that it costs more than all broad band
