Airtel broadband, speed up the connection

hi all,
i have an airtel braodband (dedicated) connection. the download speed is low (30-35 kbps) and when i keep more than 1 download, the speed gets divided. sad.gif
are there any methods to increase the download speed??
please help me...

What speed do the airtel boast of in your plan? Is it 256kbps? If yes, then you can do nothing. If no, then contact the customer care about it.
