BSNL 250 rs plan is a utter crap plan...I opted for it and i am paying good price for it...
I has just 1 GB limitations that will empty up even if you haven't downloaded anything...:(
This month my BB usage went up to 2.5 GB and i have to pay 1800 rs ...:(

So i suggest everyone not to opt for BSNL 250 Rs plan...
The most annoying thing is BSNL will not allow to change the plan within 3 months of new connection...so this month also i will suffer :(

A normal 1 hour browsing of normal websites can take about 75MB.....If not for you, but actually for me......

And moreover, if you want to download some Big Linux distro or any other software, then again you're stuck up @ 1GB bandwidth cap......H500 is the best plan available in the market with 2mbps speed and 2am-8am Night UL for downloading stuff........:)

Thats why I prefer only UL plan. I am using 256 Kbps UL plan from MTNL.

The best plan according to me is 500C plan. It got good speed and is unlimited at night 2-8. I can download the amount greater than what would i do with unlimited plan. :p

Well,
I think A normal speed reading of 1 hour of the normal Web sites can take about 80MB ..... if not for you, but really for me.

In 500C u will be able to download about 600 mb or greater in 1hr. That saves a lot of electricity and time

there is nothing like that....it's 100 times better than ur sucking dialup...:p

There is nothing wrong with the plan. You need to keep a tab on the browsing habits. Go to Shaplus and download bandwidth meter to check your usage.

Also the 1GB limit is for Data Transfer, that includes the upload and download. Most people do not know about this.

^^ yeah. I totally agree with u. Ask me who has to live with this dialup. I would happily have paid that 250 for broadband.
