Google for w3schools...
See the first result...
http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q= ... arch&meta= (http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=w3schools&btnG=Google+Search&meta=)
in the first result itself there is a search option within it...
How to do like that for my site so that there is a option in the google results to search my site...?

I think the search is there coz google put it,Coz w3schools is a important and large site.
AFAIK you cant get smthing like that for your site.

That too, AFAIK cant be done.

Max you can do is give description and keywords through meta tags.
