[/color]the best anti virus is definitely kaspersky.
it provides the best protection:perfomance ratio.
its the BeSt

Antivirus is the most important security feature that every computers should have. With antivirus, your computers are protected from being attack and destroy by viruses, worms, trojans, spams, etc. But what is the best antivirus solution for your computers?

Based on the ranking released by virus.gr, Kaspersky version 7.0.0.43 beta is on the first rank with 99.23% score. The second place won by Kaspersky version 6.0.2.614 and the third place is Active Virus Shield by AOL version 6.0.0.308.

I am using Original Kaspersky Internet Security 7 and I am also satisfied with it.... Though NOD32 and Kaspersky are the best security solutions, I prefer Kaspersky over NOD32.

NOD32 + Comodo Firewall + Spybot + Windows Defender

This is the killer combination I use on my 2nd PC, better than any Internet Security Suite....

If You scan the Ansav with Avast, Showing a Virus in the Ansav.

For me the Best is Avast.

i am definitely gonna go with kapersky . I think its one of the best av outhere, due to the fact that it doesnt give you false alarms like many other av's that say that every freaking file its a virus, i get so annoyed by that.

Kaspersky 7 BETA is best. I've used it for so many years. The latest kaspersky 9 is really bad. It freezes and hogs up too much memory

i use nod 32 and avira antiver because first its free of cost does not need license to use and also has a vast database . and it is also fast and has a special feature for querintine viruses

Kaspersky is really good. But its paid and increases boot up time a lot and during scanning even my 2GB RAM falls short. On the other hand Avira Antivirus is also good. Its free and a has a high detection rate. It even detected some viruses that were missed by kaspersky.

Which is the best antivirus will always remain a question. Some think kaspersky, some think Norton, some think McAfee, etc.

Well, I think Avast is good, and i m using it from a very long time . Good detection rate & updates .

I can vouch for AVAST home edition. I have been using it from last three years, without any trouble. Its not system resource hog and the best part is, it comes free.
Again, I'd like to add just and Antivirus wont do, u need a good firewall and antyspyware as well.
