Well there are loads of softwares for doing so....well infact you can do this by the most basic software been embedded within any windows ..."PAINT"....AND among other softwares i'll suggest you Adobe Photoshop is the best one for photo editing.....and after that you may refer to other softwares like photo suite and many more .....ok
