Yeah i use Google Analytics....Its very much accurate and precise and perhaps the best analytics (considering the cost) Google Apps and webmaster tools simply rock! :)

i use google webmaster tool only to check error in my blog like url not found etc
for traffic data i think google analystic is a better option it give more information than webmaster in terms of traffic details
