TextWiz is a great tool for making bulk lines change and bulk word change.

So If U want to make minor adjustments like year at the bottom of the webpage.

I prefer it

I can change 300 pages at once

U can find it in google search by typing 'Text Wiz'

I heard about this tool but i havent used it myself. I think this tool works fine as this is popular one.
