Change a BOARD to another CATEGORY

Currently, the SEO board is under the "World Wide Web" category.
Wouldn't it be nice if it was moved to the "Web Development Category"???

And, is there an option for Search Engine Friendly URLs for phpBB??
It would do great if it was activated as OUR forums contains many useful posts..
