Yes they offer hotmail and several other interesting apps for ur domain and u can customize it with ur own logo just like Google Apps. The only disadvantage is that they offer 5 GB space (free account) and ads whereas google provide 6GB+(and counting for free accounts) and just text ads.

5GB space is more than enough for a starting website. Most of the free hosting services don't offer space more than1500MB

I agree to the King's comments. 5GB is pretty decent to start with.
