actually i mean is there any keyboard shortcuts

Its simple,
Right click the mouse, and the press W and F key from keyboard.

ALT, F, W, F keyboard combo but that’s a little too much work,
or download program (i dont remember name search google) It allows you to assign a keyboard shortcut to create new folders, it works flawlessly.

wow are you serious. You cant just click on your desktop and create new folder. Are you looking for a shortcut to a shortcut, seriously there are somethings that dont need shortcuts, unless you are doing the same task over a 1000 times but for creating a folder , its simple enough as it is. I wonder what you will ask next, a shortcut to moving your mouse perhaps.
