Go to Usercap/Edit signature , while Posting threads, Enable the include Signature. :)

Signature is available for all members.
Go to user CP (http://www.9zap.com/forums/usercp.php) and select Edit Signature (http://www.9zap.com/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature) from left menu.

I am newbie but I manage to setup for my signature.it alwats in your control panel.click the Cpanel and look at the signature option.Some forum disallow signature but not at 9zap.com :)
