Windows is always much better than with Mac.. because of many reasons.
If you have money to burn and just want to taste Mac, than you can go for Mac based PC.

Hi,
It depends on your requirements and budget. Mac machine is much expensive than Windows but the graphics and other configuration is also better than a Window machine but as you know, Windows is much popular in the market. So you can get lots of Windows based software at low costs.

I would like to suggest you that the ideal computer does not exist.Obviously, the more you pay the more features you get, but are these features the ones that you need? You will have to familiarise yourself with some computer basics. You will need to be acquainted with terms like RAM, hard disk and video cards.Don't buy a PC older than a 486 (like a 386 or a 286). As you can get 486's from as little as £100 it doesn't make sense to go for anything cheaper.

Ensure that your computer has at least 32 MB of RAM if you want to run Windows 95 or Windows 98.Best of luck

For me, I can't compare all the brands of PC because they have different features that makes their signature tools. As you can see, a certain brand of PC can give new thing which noone from other PC brands.
