Multile domain hosting under one account is possible using addon domain name feature. I am not a SEO expert, but people prefer to have seperate account for seperate website for many reasons including security.

But it is economically good. :)

Well it depends what websites you are hosting. If you are hosting a bunch of proxys websites, then you probably want to share hosting for all of your domains, but if you are hosting big sites or unique sites with very unique content, then you probably want to go with one hosting for one domain.

You should take care while purchasing a hosting you should be clear about your requirements and tell hosting provider that how many domains you want to load in single cpanel. So you can have as many as domains specified on one hosting panel.

yes you can use multiple domain with same hoster account its possible because most of the hosters provide this feature and its good because you dont need to login for each account if you want to use it parallel or it may create confusion.
