This is the only thing I don't like about Firefox. It seems the only way to access Bookmarks is thru Firefox itself. After years of using Internet Explorer, I really got used to having all my Bookmarks available in Windows Explorer / MyComputer.

Is there a Firefox plugin available that will copy my Firefox bookmarks to Windows Explorer in real-time?

Open Firefox -->> Bookmarks -->> organise bookmarks

Click on tab "Import and Backup" -> select "Export Html" from drop down menu -> save the file on desktop(or any where you wish).

Now open IE7 -->> click on the 'add to favorites' star button -->> select "Import/Export" option from drop down menu -->> Next -> select "import favorite" and click Next -->> browse and select the HTMl file you have saved -->> Next -->> Finish

I think that only works once though, not continous real time export? Becaues it's a pain having to do that all the time.

To symbao, you can search for firefox plugins. I've heard about ones that do the things like export favourties from IE to firefox constantly, and vice versa. Do some quick research and you might find it.

Why do u need to constantly store bookmarks? Just store them once and restore them later.

I only access my bookmarks while in Firefox, I have no need to access them any other time. Considering the fact that I don't use IE anymore, I never had the option to store them anywhere.
